We work for the owner, not a product line. Our standard platform is Q-SYS for AV and Acuity for lighting and controls, and we tell you that up front.

Your resort didn’t end up with six control systems on purpose.
The conference center went in with one contractor. The ballroom got refreshed by another. The event lawn runs on a portable rig someone bought after a wedding went sideways. Each decision made sense at the time. Together, they made a patchwork nobody owns.
The Estate Blueprint is how you see the whole thing, and decide what to do about it.

Book an Estate ReviewQuestions buyers ask
Do we have to replace everything to work with ctrl?
No. We keep working systems in place until they reach end of life. The roadmap phases change over time to fit your capital budget.
We already have an in-house AV provider. Is ctrl still useful?
Yes. We take responsibility for everything on the property, including systems someone else installed.
Is the Blueprint a sales pitch for equipment?
No. We work for the owner, not a product line. The answer usually isn't the most expensive option.
